Welcome to Nuti ("we", "our", or "the app"). By downloading, installing, or using the Nuti app or related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Nuti, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are using the app on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Use of the app

Nuti provides AI-powered food recognition and nutrition analysis. You may use the app only for personal, non-commercial purposes and in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating an account and when using the app.
• Use the app only for its intended purpose (food logging and nutrition insights).
• Not use the app to harass, abuse, or harm others, or to upload content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes others' rights.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the app's source code or underlying technology except as permitted by law.

Account and conduct

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to the service or other users.

Intellectual property

Nuti and its content, features, design, and branding are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You do not receive any ownership rights by using the app. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our app or content without our prior written permission.

Disclaimers

The app and all content and features are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Nutrition information, health scores, and recommendations generated by the app are for informational and motivational purposes only and are not medical, dietary, or professional advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare or nutrition professional for health-related decisions.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates, officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use or inability to use the app. Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars (USD 100), whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability; in such cases, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the app or on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the app.
